तदा then, इष्ट्याम् when Putreshti, वर्तमानायाम् was being performed, परमोदार: highly generous, ब्रह्मसुत: son of Brahma, कुश: Kusa, कुशनाभमहीपतिम् king Kusanabha, उवाच spoke.
