Translation
ऋषयश्चैव sages, देवाश्च the gods or, सत्यमेव the truth only, मेनिरे considered (supreme virtue), सत्यवादी truthful, अस्मिन् लोके in this world, परमम् highest, क्षयम् state, गच्छति attains, हि indeed.
