ततः then, रत्नैः with gems, वस्त्रैश्च and with clothes, भक्ष्यैः with eatables, द्विजर्षभान् brahmins, तोषयित्वा after satisfying them, ते they, यथाविधि duly, वानरश्रेष्ठम् best of monkeys.
