Translation
aham I, tē for you, putrakāraṇāt for begetting sons, atharvaśirasi in 'Atharva Siras' portion of veda, prōktai: declared, mantrai: by mantras, siddhām realising the desires, putrīyām capable of bestowing sons, iṣṭim sacrifice, vidhānata: as per tradition, kariṣyāmi I will perform.
