viśvāmitrē gatē rājā vaidēhaṅ mithilādhipam .

āpṛṣṭvā.tha jagāmāśu rājā daśaratha: purīm৷৷1.74.2৷৷

Translation

viśvāmitrē when Visvamitra, gatē had departed, atha thereafter, rājā one who causes joy to his people, daśaratha: rājā king Dasaratha, mithilādhipam lord of Mithila, vaidēham king Janaka, āpṛṣṭvā taking leave of him, āśu speedily, purīm to city of Ayodhya, jagāma went.

With the departure of Viswamitra, king Dasaratha who was the source of happiness to his subjects took leave of Janaka, king of Mithila and speedily set out for the city of Ayodhya.
