ఏవమ్ in this way, రామస్య Rama's, శీలవృత్తేన with good conduct and character, దశరథ: Dasaratha, ప్రీత: pleased, బ్రాహ్మణా: brahmanas, తథా also, నైగమా: inhabitants of the city, సర్వే all, విషయవాసిన: the people of the country.
