Translation
रामः Rama, लोभकारणकारितम् out of greed (for the kingdom), वरदाननिमित्तं वा or on account of the boons bestowed, प्रव्राजितः यदि if banished, सर्वथा by all means, दुष्कृतम् wicked act, कृतम् has been done.
