Translation
rāmaḥ Rama, cakṣuṣā with eyes, prapibanniva as if drinking, tāḥ those, prajāḥ people, svāḥ his own, prajāḥ iva like children, sasnēham (snēhēna) with affection, avēkṣamāṇaḥ seeing, uvāca said.
