Translation
सर्वे all, पितामहम् creator Brahma, ऋषयः इव like sages, महाबाहुम् longarmed, अक्लिष्टकारिणम् who removes sorrow, रामम् to Rama, अभिगम्य having approached, प्राञ्जलयः with folded hands, स्थिताः stood.
