Translation
naṣṭasaṅjñāḥ they nearly lost consciousness, tṛṣitāḥ thirsty ones, sambhrāntāḥ bewildered ones, salilārthinaḥ they were desperate for water, tē they, atandritāḥ without feeling lazy, tasmin in that, bilē in the cave, kañcitkālam for a while, paripētuḥ wandered.
