"I am hearing the good news of my Lord returning from the forest, who was living in the great forest for many years."
कल्याणीबतगाथेयंलौकिकीप्रतिभातिमे ।

The saying that "If a human being lives (long), for a hundred years, he will experience joy" is true and auspicious.

"O Lord, mighty armed Bharata! the boons bestowed on your mother, how Sri Rama went on exile, how king Dasharatha died out of grief of son, envoys bringing you to Ayodhya, entering the kingdom, your unwillingness to accept the sovereignty, going to Chitrakuta mountain, seeking your brother noble Rama, a scourge of enemies to accept the kingdom, renouncing the kingdom by Rama, taking his sandals, and again returning here, all this is known to you."

"Met that irreproachable lady like that and duly enquired everything, delighted Mythili gave me a ring with Rama's name as a token to be given to Sri Rama."

"Knowing that the most difficult task has been accomplished, again I returned and gave the valuable jewel to Rama."
श्रुत्वातांमैथिलींरामस्त्वाशशंसे च जीवितम् ।।6.129.47।।
जीवितान्तमनुप्राप्तःपीत्वामृतमिवातुरः ।
जीवितान्तमनुप्राप्तःपीत्वामृतमिवातुरः ।
रामस्तु Rama also, तांमैथिलीम् about Mythili, श्रुत्वा hearing, जीवितान्तम् end of life, अनुप्राप्तः having heard of Mythili, आतुरः ailing man, अमृतम् nectar, पीत्वेव as if drunk, जीवितम् life, आशशंसे regained hope of life
"Just as an ailing man at the end of life regains hope on drinking nectar, Sri Rama also gains hope on hearing about Mythili."
उद्योजयिष्यन्नुद्योगंदध्रेकामंवधेमनः ।।6.129.48।।
जिघांसुरिवलोकान्तेसर्वान्लोकान्विभावसुः ।

उद्योगम् war effort, उद्योजयिष्यन् to win war, लोकान्ते at the end of dissolution of the world, सर्वान् all, लोकान् worlds, जिघांसुः to conquest, विभावसुःइव like the destruction of the worlds, लङ्कावधे for the destruction of Lanka, मनः mind, दध्रे to burn
"Rama made war efforts to win the war for the destruction of Lanka just as fire burns at the dissolution of the worlds and to conquer Ravana."

अतरत्कपिवीराणां वाहिनी तेन सेतुना ।

ततः then, समुद्रम् ocean, आसाद्य reached, नलम् Nala, सेतुम् bridge, अकारयत् constructed, कपिवीराणाम् monkey heroes, वाहिनी troops, तेनसेतुना by that bridge, अतरत् crossed
"Then Nala constructed the bridge, and the monkey heroes crossed the bridge."

"Prahastha was killed by Nila. Rama killed Kumbhakarna. Lakshmana killed Indrajith, the son of Ravana."
सशक्रेणसमागम्ययमेनवरुणेन च ।।6.129.51।।
महेश्वरस्वयंभूभ्यां तथा दशरथेन च ।
तैश्चदत्तवर्श्रीमानृषिभिश्चसमागतैः ।।6.129.52।।
सुरर्षिभिश्चकाकुत्स्थोवरान्लेभेपरन्तपः ।
महेश्वरस्वयंभूभ्यां तथा दशरथेन च ।
तैश्चदत्तवर्श्रीमानृषिभिश्चसमागतैः ।।6.129.52।।
सुरर्षिभिश्चकाकुत्स्थोवरान्लेभेपरन्तपः ।

"Then to the glorious Kakuthsa, the tormentor of enemies, Indra, Yama, and Varuna bestowed boons, so also Maheswara and Brahma, Dasharatha also reached and bestowed boons on Rama. Ascetics and suras also conferred boons."
सतुदत्तवरःप्रीत्यावानरैश्चसमागतः ।।6.129.53।।
पुष्पकेनविमानेनकिष्किनष्धामभ्युपागमत् ।

प्रीत्या affectionately, दत्तवरः having received boons, सःतु, he too वानरैः च and Vanaras, समागतः collected together, पुष्पकेनविमानेन by Pushpaka aerial car, किष्किन्धाम् to Kishkinda, अभ्युपागमत् reached
"Having received boons, Rama with the Vanaras collected together reached Kishkinda by Pushpaka aerial car."
तंगङ्गांपुनारासाद्यवसन्तंमुनिसन्निधौ ।।6.129.54।।
अविघ्नंपुष्ययोगेनश्वोरामंद्रष्टुमर्हसि ।

गङ्गाम् Ganga, पुनः again, आसाद्य reached, मुनिसन्निधौ abode of sage, वसन्तम् staying, तंरामम् he, Rama, पुष्ययोगेन in the Pushya star is in union with moon, अविघ्नम् without any obstruction, श्वः yourself, द्रष्टुम् be able to see, अर्हसि ought to
"He reached the bank of Ganga and is staying at the hermitage of sage. Tomorrow at the time when Pushya star is in union with the moon you will be able to see Rama without any obstruction."
ततस्सवाक्यैर्मधुरैर्हनुमतोनिशम्यहृष्टोभरतःकृताञ्जलिः ।
उवाचवाणींमनसःप्रहर्षणींचिरस्यपूर्णःखलुमेमनोरथः ।।6.129.55।।

ततः then, भरतः Bharata, हनूमतः Hanuman, मधुरैः sweet, वाक्यैः words, निशम्य, हृष्टः happy, कृताञ्जलिः offered salutations, मनसः to the mind, प्रहर्षिणीम् brought joy, वाणीम् words, उवाच spoke, मे my, मनोरथः desire, चिरस्य after long time, पूर्णःखलु fulfilled
Then Bharata hearing the sweet words of Hanuman offered salutations for bringing joy to his mind and said that his desire has been fulfilled after a long time.
