Translation
ātmavān the highest soul, viṣṇu: dēva: lord Visnu, dēvānām for devatas, ēvam in this manner, varam boon, datvā having given, atha there after, ātmana: for himself, mānuṣē in the world of men, janmabhūmim place of birth, cintayāmāsa reflected.
