Translation
yaḥ who (Rama), pitrā by father, kṛtyēṣu in his duty, acōditaḥ without being urged, sarvasya entire, antaḥ purasya for the inner apartment, gatiḥ refuge, śaraṇaṅ ca (āsīt) was protector, saḥ rāmaḥ that Rama, adya now, pravatsyati is now going on exile.

Rama was the refuge and protector of all the inmates lot of the inner apartment although it was not his duty nor was he forced by his father to safeguard them. That Rama is now going on exile.
