Translation
dēva O lord, jayatāṅ vara best of the victorious men, tava your, bhrātuśca your brother's, prasādāt by the grace, ca also, kṛtam accomplished, yaḥ whoever, na pratikuryāt not help in return, puruṣāṇām among men, sa dūṣakaḥ the lowest.
